Charlotte Perez, Larry Atencio, Gary Lee Clark, Nick Ayers, Thomas Croshal, & Ted Lopez Jr were there too. 10 of the total 18 candidates I know about showed up. It was mentioned that there's now 19 candidates... 19 mfn candidates!?! & some fkn morons want to whittle all 19 down to only "Top 2". This is simple math folks. Will you get a better, more thoroughly discussed outcome, w/ 10 Instant Runoffs, or just 1 "Top 2" Runoff election, months later? We would get a better Mayor w/ deeper, broader, & wider base of support w/ IRV. We the People would be able to sift through 19 candidates w/ a ranking system better than eliminating 17 of the 19 candidates down to only 2 non-majority winners. 2018 January 29, 2018. Joe Delire-Alires. According to police, a woman called authorities just after 6 p.m. and said her former partner was loitering outside her home firing shots in the air. She and her children had barricaded themselves inside their home. When police got to the scene on the 2600 block of East 9th Street, they heard several rapid-fire shots going off in quick succession. The suspect then hopped in his SUV and sped away. He led pursuing officers across the city's east side and onto the opposite side of the interstate to the area of Craig Street and West 13th Street, where an officer used a PIT maneuver to forcibly stop the suspect's vehicle. Police say the suspect wasn't deterred and tried to make a run for it, gun in hand. As he ran from officers, he reportedly fired several rounds at them. Culture Day is November 3 (Japan), so get out there, and celebrate some culture! What is culture you ask? Culture is when you make something. So take the woods. There's many sticks in the woods, and those are meaningless, but when you take a stick, and make something out of it, now it has meaning. That's culture. Including food.

When the 1st grader walked to William Frantz Elementary School in New Orleans on November 14, 1960 surrounded by a team of U.S. Marshals, she was met by a vicious mob shouting and throwing objects at her.
