Russell W. Rink's 1954 Charter vs Nicholas Gardisar's 2017 Skinny Charter

The "Strong Mayor" ballot question is 10 pages long, with 70 different amendments, & it changes all 3 branches of government. "Strong Mayor" is illegal on it’s face because Section 1-2 of Pueblo's 1954 Charter requires a "Charter Convention" to be convened for any changes to our form of government. "Strong Mayor" adds insult to injury by eliminating that very "Charter Convention" clause for eternity, threatening Pueblo's local Home Rule sovereignty. #pueblopolitics #bigdaddystrange
