Federal Government Power Map

Federal Government

Donald J. Trump is the current EXECUTIVE BRANCH of the federal government, 1 of the 3 branches of government that enforces US law. The President's Cabinet & the Federal Departments & Agencies & Agents & interesting enough - Prosecutors - are all Executive Branch too, b/c they are subjegated to the Monarch's commands. Considering the US is still at war with Afghanistan & Iraq & the rest of the world for al-Qaeda terrorism on 9-11 for 17 years now, the war powers added to the EXECUTIVE BRANCH makes the EXECUTIVE BRANCH more absolute today than ever in US history.

Departments that make-up the EXECUTIVE BRANCH include, but are not limited to, a Department of Agriculture, Commerce, Defense, Education, Energy, Health & Human Services, Homeland Security, Housing & Urban Development, The Interior, Justice, Labor, State, Transportation, & Treasury. The DOJ includes the US Marshals Service (USMS), the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP), and many, many others.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has the most sworn armed Federal law enforcement officers and agents after it incorporated agencies seen as having roles in protecting the country against terrorism. This included large agencies such as the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), the U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA), and the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) — which combined the former agencies of the United States Border Patrol, United States Customs Service, and the United States Department of Agriculture's Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) into a single agency within the DHS.

The Department of Defense includes the Office of Inspector General (DOD-OIG), the Defense Criminal Investigative Service (DCIS), the Pentagon Force Protection Agency (PFPA), the United States Pentagon Police (USPPD), the Department of Defense Police, th Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), the Defense Logistics Agency Police, the National Security Agency (NSA), the National Security Agency Police, Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Defense Intelligence Agency Police, National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency Police, Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR), Department of the Army

The Dept of Education has an Office of Inspector General (ED-OIG), & others.

The LEGISLATIVE BRANCH of the USA is the 435 representatives voted to the House of Representatives, & the 100 folks in the Senate. The LEGISLATIVE BRANCH - the branch that writes the rules - is made-up of 535 individuals, representing over 320,000,000 individual freedom-loving Amerikans.

For Pueblo, City & County, Scott Tipton is our specific US Representative (until 2019, when Diane Bush takes his seat), & Cory Gardner & Michael Bennet are our 2 at-large Senators.

All Judges have lifetime appointments, appointed by the Executive Branch, Donald J. Trump, & confirmed by the Senate, 1/2 of the Legislative Branch.

PLUS, there's also Bankruptcy & Tax Courts, & Patent Courts.

Trial Courts are the Courts of 1st Appearance. Then there's the Appeals kourt, if there's any irregularities in the trial in the Trial kourt. & then it goes to the Federal Supreme Kourt, to figure out irregularities in the trial in the Appeals Kourt. Amerika's Judicial System is a 3-rung hierarchy.

The Appeals Court for Pueblo is the federal 10th Cirkuit Kourt, ran out of Denver, the Kapitol of Kolorado. The 10th Federal Judicial Sirkit Kourt represents these 6 states: Oklahoma, New Mexico, Kansas, Utah, Wyoming, & Kolorado.
