41 Rights & Freedoms Coloradoan-Amerikans Do Not Have (Compared to the UDHR)

Some Rights & Freedoms for the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights are carbon copies of Rights & Freedoms all Coloradoan-Americans have, such as these 3:
1- Freedom From Discrimination (Article 2).
2- Right to Own Property (Article 17).
3- Freedom of Religion (Article 18).

Some Rights & Freedoms Coloradoan-Amerikans already have are extended w/ the Preamble & 30 articles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, such as:
1- The extended Judicial Branch Rights we humans have for a "fair & public hearing" by an "independent & impartial tribunal", n the determination of "his rights & obligations & of any criminal charge against him", or her (Article 10).
2- Our Freedom of Speech has been extended to be Freedom of Opinion & Expression, & we can express our Freedom of Speech thru "any media & regardless of frontiers" (Article 19).
3- In the Preamble, "Belief" is added to Freedom of Speech "& Belief".
4- Right to "Associate" is added to the Right to Peacefully Assemble "& Associate" (Article 20).

Most Rights & Freedoms in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, written mostly by Eleanor Roosevelt, aren't specifically codified & protected Rights & Freedoms for Coloradoan-Americans, such as these 43:
1- A Right to Privacy (Article 12).
2- The Right to Work, "to free choice of employment, to just and favourable conditions of work and to protection against unemployment." (Article 23).
3- Freedom of Movement (Article 13).
4- Right to Popular Elections (i.e. Right to Democracy). The basis of the authority of government is "the will of the people" expressed by "periodic & genuine elections" w/ universal suffrage, & a secret vote amongst equals (Article 21).
5- The Right to Unionize (Article 23, Section 4).
6- The Right to Food (Article 25).
7- Right to Education (Article 26).
8- Right to Clothing (Article 25).
9- Right to Housing (Article 25).
10- Right to Medical Care (Article 25).
11- Right to Security (Article 25).
12- Freedom from Torture (Article 5)
13- Freedom from Arbitrary Arrest (Article 9)
14- Right to Choose The Education Right For Our Own Children (Article 26, Section 3)
15- Right to Share in Scientific Advancement & its Benefits (Article 27).
16- Freedom to Use Our Judicial Branches For Protection of Our Rights & Freedoms, & to have "competent national tribunals for acts violating the fundamental rights granted him by law" (Article 8).
