 A5- When the County has a population of over 70,000 people. 

 A6- Sheriff, Assessor, Treasurer, Surveyor, Clerk, & Coroner. 

 A7- Superintendent & County Attorney 

 A8- City Attorney, Police Chief, City Clerk, Superintendent of D60 skools, etc. [this one will have multiple right answers; Dept heads, Executive of Water Board, Executive of Civil Service Board, etc]
