Pueblo City, July 31, 2018 Headlines

July 31, 2018. 33-year old David Turner stabbed 33-year old Richard Trujillo n Pueblo City b/c Richard Trujillo was following David Turner, & then Richard Trujillo tried to attack David Turner. That's what David Turner said, at least. That happened at Chinook & Hunter. Richard is expected to live. David Turner thought he had killed him. He was found w/ knife wounds in his back & head https://www.krdo.com/news/top-stories/man-stabs-victim-several-times-victim-found-on-pueblo-street/775532198 Recently, 29-year old Eric Blocker was said to have thrown himself into traffic, on Hwy 50, outside of Pueblo City, inside Pueblo County, killing himself. The Dodge didn't hit him, but the trailer behind the Dodge did. "In July 2010, a district judge in Trinidad accepted Blocker's plea of not guilty by reason of insanity stemming from the 2008 beating death of Trinidad resident David Doyle." ... "At that time, Blocker was ordered to remain in custody at the C

The Philosophy of Masters

"300 of 500 prisoners were homeless before incarceration. We need multiple homeless shelters.  This is a crisis in our town.  To say other towns have homeless problems also ignores Pueblo's is out of control. Don't blame drugs. Establishment failure... #puebloup" ~a Jackie Massey tweet xxx Here is the law that gives the Power to Pardon to the brand spanking new Mayor (Gary Clark, probably), stripping it away from the President of City Council (Chris Nicoll) [the deleted part is in brackets]: "SECTION 3. Chapter 2 of Title I of the Pueblo Municipal Code is hereby amended as follows: Sec. 1-2-6. – Penalties; power to pardon. The [President of the Council] Mayor shall have power to grant pardons and to remit fines and penalties imposed for any violation of any provision of this Code, but in every case where he or she may exercise this power, he or she shall report such action to the City Council at its next meeting, with his or her reasons." xxx Rem

A Power Map for Pueblo

Federal US Government Power Map Kolorado Government Power Map Pueblo County Power Map Pueblo City Power Map Who runs Pueblo? Well, the short answer, the government does. The County & City government. Who controls them? How effective are they? idk But that's where this analysis begins. With the all-American 3 branches of government.  Here, in Amerika, even tho 75% of Amerikans don't know this, but we have 3 branches of government. This is key. This is vital. Even corrupt Judges must keep this in mind. There's 3 centers of power, for every governent established in Amerika. It's arbitrary, but it's on purpose as well, in order to prevent tyranny.  Each level of government - county, city, federal, & state - has to divide themselves into the Legislative, Executive, & Judicial Branch. In the most simplest terms, to understand "Pueblo Law", one must understand these 12 centers of power. One must understand who has what power, & who doe

Federal Government Power Map

Federal Government Donald J. Trump is the current EXECUTIVE BRANCH of the federal government, 1 of the 3 branches of government that enforces US law. The President's Cabinet & the Federal Departments & Agencies & Agents & interesting enough - Prosecutors - are all Executive Branch too, b/c they are subjegated to the Monarch's commands. Considering the US is still at war with Afghanistan & Iraq & the rest of the world for al-Qaeda terrorism on 9-11 for 17 years now, the war powers added to the EXECUTIVE BRANCH makes the EXECUTIVE BRANCH more absolute today than ever in US history. Departments that make-up the EXECUTIVE BRANCH include, but are not limited to, a Department of Agriculture, Commerce, Defense, Education, Energy, Health & Human Services, Homeland Security, Housing & Urban Development, The Interior, Justice, Labor, State, Transportation, & Treasury. The DOJ includes the US Marshals Service (USMS), the Federal Bureau of Investigat

Janet Wilson Vetoes $25 Million Minor League Baseball Stadium For Owls

Image
Janet Wilson was opposed to it on principle from the beginning. Garrison Ortiz was opposed to it. Tom Croshal was opposed to it too, but only after he was for it (a flip-flop, or was it evolution?). $25 Million ain't no joke. & for the Minor Leagues!?! GTFO here. Literally. "I'm sorry. No baseball here," said Janet Wilson, 2 months ago, at the May Mayoral Forum.  Now, today, as of July 18, 2018, no baseball is coming. Until a Homeless Shelter is Built, Pueblo City is Sick of the Bullshit. With 23 Mayoral candidates scrutinizing the problems of the City, only the greatest & most necessary ideas may progress here. How can anybody with a conscience work on Luxurious ideas when Priority issues are being completely ignored? We have no Homeless Shelter. We just got a government-Recycling Center. How about Affordable Home Ownership anybody? Savings & Loans establishments, to encourage Home Ownership, to make for better Citizens, anyone? Hello? Is this thing

The Kyrgyzstan Cutthroat 2-Round Postmodern Mayoral Election of Pueblo City, 2018, Carries On

Ultimately, what do I want? I want the poor kids of Pueblo City to have a chance. 3-year old Willie, the son of a Bessemer prostitute, doesn't stand much of a chance, as things currently stand. Hope for the Best. Expect the Worst. Best is Superman Goldman MLK Ghandi. Worst is Mao Laden Hitler Stalin. "We need to grab the levers of power." ~Jackie Massey Jackie Massey drew a line in the sand w/ a strong "we need an anti-establishment person to be our Mayor" opening speech in the July 11th Postmodern Mayor Forum of 2018, the 4th one of its kind, on the 4th Floor of the Rawlings Library. Massey is for Muny Electric & Muny Internet for the citizens of Pueblo City. Do not be fooled by the 3 progressive planks on the Kingfish's platform - Ombudsman, Muny Electric, & the War on Poverty - Nick Gradisar is the establishment candidate, the conservative Republican, in this race. While he's technically a major Democrat, if the Owners of Pueblo City w

The 4th Mayoral Forum of Pueblo City (The July Forum)

Who won? Who lost? All who showed up, won. All who didn't, lost. The July 11th Mayor Forum - the 4th Postmodern Mayoral Forum of Pueblo City - was about Disabilities & people who care about the Disabled. Who could hate the organizers of it? Can we assume that those who boycotted the event, do not care for the Disabled? Larry Atencio didn't bother to show up. Dennis the Nazi didn't show up. Lori the Nazi didn't show up either, since, for her, these Mayoral Forums weren't sanctioned by the Owners of Pueblo City; namely, Bob Schilling. Melissa Madrid, Nestor Machado, Brian Dorsey, John Carrero, Peter Vansalisbury, & Keith Rickwalt were no-shows as well. Who n the f is Melissa Madrid? Does Brian Dorsey even want to be known? How bout Rickwalt? John Nevel had business in Oklahoma. 12 of the 23 candidates, however, did show up. Charlotte Perez, Nick Ayers, Janet Wilson, Jackie Massey, Amado Vigil, Tom Croshal, Ebony Lombardi, Gary Clark, Tony Pemberton, Steve Na
